We are a full service restaurant and caterer looking for energetic individuals who want to be part of a team. We have both full time and part time seasonal positions available. HLDR is a seasonal location, but employees have the opportunity to work year round within our growing catering business.

Sous Chef
Qualifications
- 3+ years culinary experience
​- Serve Safe Certified
- Ability to prepare quality food and execute in a high volume business
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Highly motivated, excellent communication skills, and able to engage with guest
​- Weekend and Holiday Availability
Line Cook
Qualifications
- 1+year kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow recipes and properly prep and store ingredients
- Maintain ticket times in a high volume business
- Weekend and holiday availability
Server
Qualifications
- 1+ year server experience preferred, but not necessary
- Excellent customer service skills and team building skills
- Highly motivated and loves working with people
- Weekend and holiday availability
Hostess/Food Runner/ Busser
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service providing friendly and efficient service to our guest
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Great communication skills with guests and employees
